AUDIT: Tempe Police Officer Anthony Nardini is speechless. Sadly, he doesn't know the law.

I gave Officer Nardini, of the Tempe Police Dept, every opportunity to leave me alone & asked him to let me go on about my business. He insisted on attempting to dominate me. I don't accept being put under any man's dominion.

Dominion: Supremacy Over, ruling or controlling power : sovereignty.

A police officer does not have Supreme Sovereignty over you because he pulled you over. No, No, No! Once I agreed to be "Detained" that means I'm willing to subject myself to the rule of law of-a-traffic-stop. No where, in any legislation, does it say that a cop pulling you over grants him DOMINION over your every motion. No!

With the Digital Era -- once I agree that I am not going to flee, that's it. There's no need to be ordered around, sit here, stand there, do this, do that...no! Once I've agreed to stay in that area and not drive away; if the cop's are scared, they need to get a new job. I'm not being ordered around & you shouldn't allow it either.
