AUDIT of Officer DeSpain starts at 5:00, pure EDU, Trespassing, Threatens to Arrest me "If I come back". Now, let me ask you. What happens to me, "if I come back" and he arrests me? 1st Step: Torture with handcuffs. 2nd: Kidnapping. 3rd: Sexual Assault, I have to take off all my clothes and let strangers examine my genitalia, face any comments, attacks or outright assault. 4th: Charge me with crimes. And, what have I done wrong? Why am I in the dungeon? Who put me there? And for what? A Security Guard said I was bad? And, where is the victim of my wrongs? 5th: Survive Jail. Between the guards & the humans who are being treated like Animals; often turn into animals because of their treatments. I'm skipping the entire Booking process where they literally control your fingers for you and smear your prints across the glass machine; I'm skipping the threats, and the chains and the transferring of "BARRED Rooms, Cars and often chained to other people..... I'm leaving all that out..... I finally get to a phone. 6th: Alert my family through the Jail House recorded Operator, that I am in jail. Doesn't matter what happened or why; they alert my contact that I 'm in jail. 7th: Try not to blow up on the person who asks, "What'd YOU do?" vs "What happened TO you?" This person is my friend or family, it's just hard to explain, "Well, a Security Guard Trespassed me for telling her to mind her own business. Then, the Cops came and gave me a legal warning. Then, when I went to do my banking at Chase, that security guard called the cops on me and now I'm in jail. You have any idea what I've been through to get to this phone call with you?" ----

And, he wonders why I call him a Tyrant and a GI Joe Loser. He threatened me with Trespassing and IF that had been legit, I would have spoken to a representative at Starbucks or Chase. I may anyway.

You may watch this video and feel bad for that cop. Imagine what could happen to YOU or your Family member or your Lover, if they didn't know what I know about the law. Imagine what could happen to YOU by a cop railroading you, by Security Guards who DON'T know the public easement specifications; yet may Trespass you from a public Area.

Then, that dopey cop is gonna walk up and tell you, "Yeah, they're right! There is NO PUBLIC EASEMENT HERE! You trespass'd!" -- It goes worse because you get upset that you're right-- there is a pubic easement, cop asks you for ID, you don't provide it --- you're going to the Dungeon." And you're "Taking the Ride" -- Imagine that.

"Take off all your clothes and drop them in a pile in front of you. Do not touch your clothing. Walk to the back room where there are 7 of us; remain naked, do not cover-up. Walk over to the wall, put your hands on the wall above the line, and put your feet behind this line; bend over. Further. Spread your legs. Cough. Cough hard! Hold there................"
