AUDIT- Cop Blocks Garage, he would have ticketed the Driver; The camera is like RAID! 4 CopRoaches

I saw this guy get pulled over… I was literally right there… It’s sick the cop would pull a guy over in a parking garage. I applied a little bit of pressure to the cop because I didn’t want him to give the guy a ticket and the cop fled within 2 Minutes.
