Arrested - Pretty sure a DUI !

I came across police with a car pulled over so I started to video tape. The driver was arrested and towards the end of the video, I did ask the officer about the incident and his answer was telling - " some people don't learn ". I have video taped the officers in this township 100's of times. They don't always like it, but, so far, they have upheld, and I am able to exercise, my 1st Amendment rights. Congrats officers.
