In the beginning of the video you will notice her tell him to leave and then immediately jump in her police cruiser. It is my belief she was going to follow him with the television until she observed him committing some kind of infraction that SHE believes will give her legal grounds to identify this man.

In the end they say he is carrying a bladed instrument and detain him, ultimately identifying this individual.

There is no content on his channel but the email said he was going to be uploading some soon!!
