Cops get angry when dismissed and their egos get hurt. Cops getting owned also makes them angry because they always believe they are right. The fact is cos don't know everything and when angry cops get dismissed because they don't know the law they will sometimes retaliate or intimidate. More and more people film cops so we see more and more cops getting owned and also getting angry.
