After Making National News JOE LUNA Returns To 17th After CPD Skips Court

The CPD were the complaints (victims) in a case where a man was bullied, beat up, phone smashed, and arrested. Charged with Criminal Tresspass to a Police station. Yet he never entered the building, until they cameout and started bullying him for recording on the sidewalk infront of the 17th. He followed them in to get there I.D.'s one thing lead to another and he was corned assaulted, and arrested. Yet after such a show of force, they decided not to show up for court. INTRESTING???
