15:14 I was just got done talking with Sgt. Frank's I didnt realize those people across the street talking is the actual shot and the people I walked past were background actors looking on at an accident!
Chicago Fire is at it again taking over another residential street they believe they have rented out. This time for the sum of $250.00. Sgt. Frank's from the 10th District (this shoot is in the 12th) admits that while working at these film shoots the Sgt.'s are working in the intrest of a private company who's objective is to make a profit, and are not working in the intrest of the people. Yet they are in the people's uniform driving the peoples vehicle? Let's say you worked for Amazon and you drove one of those Amazon Van's during the day, and at night you delivered Pizza's. Do you think Amazon would be ok with you taking their Van and delivering Pizzas while they paid for the gas insurance and maintenance? Meanwhile in the film offices code of conduct it states "permits must be on site and ready for inspection" well I'm still not sure if they were on site? but the defiently weren't ready for inspection. The gentleman from production tried to just give me a DOT Permit # (Department of Transportation) when I put that number in the database it said no permits applied for? I pulled the permit and it was issued on Jan 14th the filming was Jan 14th, when I'm videoing it is Jan.14th so IDK? I know when I looked up that permit # nothing came up. Now if it takes a minute to be uploaded IDK, but it doesnt really matter because that's what "OPEN 4 BUSINESS PRODUCTIONS" tried to pass off as satisfying a permit on sight just giving me a DOT # that lead nowhere? I wasn't going for that. Then probably the biggest slap in the face this production company "Open 4 Business Productions" out of Beverly Hills has been instructing their employees to tell the public they can not film in public if their camera is pointed at what they are shooting? Are 1st ammendment liberties are not for sale, and you dont get to maintain privacy in public for the sum of $250.00. You are in Public but expect Privacy? Those are competing terms they are antonyms. They mean the opposite. You have rented out no public easement, because they are not rentable nor are they leasable. I don't want you to tell another Chicagoan to turn off their camera. Filming in the city is good for the economy but it will not be done at the expense of the people's liberties which are not now nor will they ever be for sale! Those they trade their rights for money will shortly be left without both!
