1st Amendment Audit - West Chester Pa. Police Department - Requesting a complaint form

We decided to do a 1st Amendment Audit on the West Chester PD in Pa. We also wanted to see their process and policy on getting a complaint form. Again, with a little prodding, they did well. Good to see they allow filming in OUR buildings and public grounds. Congrats West Chester PD.
