1st Amendment Audit - Plymouth Twp. Pa. Police Department

I stopped by the Plymouth Township Municipal building in Plymouth Meeting, Montgomery Co., PA and figured while I was there I would do a 1st Amendment Audit and take inventory of what the citizens have purchased for the township and police department. I also asked for a police misconduct complaint form....They seem to have no idea what I was talking about.....or do they and just don't want to give them out. You decide. Feel free to call and ask them if they have put these forms out in the lobby for any citizen to get if they ever need to file a complaint
