1st Amendment Audit Fail | Cops Delete Video Evidence (HELP!)

Police delete video evidence form 1st amendmet audtiors phone and assault him. When cops delete video from someones phone that's illegal and unlawful. These cops also deleted video from the CCTV which could have helped this auditor prove he did nothing wrong. When a video is deleted by the police there is not much you can do, unless you can get someone to get that data back. Police cannot legally delete video.
