1A AUDIT FAIL!! TRESPASSED FROM BOARD OF ED!! PROPERTY LINES CHANGE MORE THAN MY NEPHEWS DIAPERS!!

I took a trip out to the Anne Arundel County Board of Education on Riva Rd in Annapolis MD to drop off some paperwork. while waiting for the lady to come and take my paper work i was approached by a very ignorant security guard who tried to tell me things would go 1 of 2 ways because i said i was good i dont need help don't speak to me. the lady who took my paper work JACLYN MONEY was very polite and respectful and a pleasure to talk to. the other people that work here not so much. after turning in my paperwork and having the lady from the law office try and tell me i cant video tape i am confronted again but this time by a new "security guard" as she claims to be. she is ignorant from the get go and confirms that it is public property but as soon as i decline her request to leave she changes her story and tries to say that its private property. she wont identify herself but wants me to believe she has some sort of authority but i cant confirm that. they call the police and the office that first shows up on the scene is someone that i used to consider a very good friend of mine. we worked together for years and i even considered her my "work wife" and was generally glad to see her show up as i thought finally someone who will listen and do the right thing. well i was wrong. everything was fine and she agreed that it was public and all was well untill i declined to walk out of the building with them like she thought i was going to do. as soon as i said i was going to finish my business her entire story and attitude flipped and now she is also saying that the county public school board of ed is now a "private entity". it really upset me to see her just completely change her stance and to just completely ignore all the evidence and try to now trespass me for causing a disturbance and being disorderly even though it was never mentioned untill after i declined to walk out. she gave me a lawful order to leave the property and i waited outside for her supervisor to show up. the head of security for the building DOYLE BATTON lied and told them that he had already banned me from the building in an attempt to have me arrested. had i not had work at 4pm i would have made them arrest me but we shall see how things go when i go back on Monday morning and hold a massive sign out on the "public sidewalk" they said i was allowed to stand on. its a sad day when cops will believe someones words when you have video evidence contrary to what they are saying.

I will say that i spoke with OFFICER MODERA #2337 for a good chuck of time while this interaction took place and you can form your own opinion on him but i will say he remained professional. he never gave me any unlawful orders. when he didnt know something he admitted that instead of screaming and just telling me what he thinks. i wish all officers would conduct themselves in the manner in which he did. i know a lot of people will complain about how much i talked to him and tat i was cool with him and that im giving him this compliment now. but im here to point out the good cops and shine light on the good apples in the bunch just as much as i am here to shine light on the bad ones. while my friend showed her true colors and made me lose faith in police officers as a whole after this encounter i wont bash officer modera for her irrational actions
