1A AUDIT FAIL!!! ID SCAN TO GET INTO A PUBLIC BUILDING??!?

This is a continuation of my last video upload and what happened to me after i left AACPD HQ and went to drop the invoice off at the proper location. i will say the ladies working in the cashiers office are the bomb. com i believe the lady i spoke with is named TONYA so everyone please go and leave her an awesome review and give her all the compliments because she is awesome. now the employees at the Arundel center at 44 calvert st in annapolis were a whole different breed of people. the told me i had to scan my ID to get into the building even though its public access and i didnt have to do that last time so when did the law change? when i asked to speak to her supervisor she kept saying yeah someone is coming to talk with you. whole time they had called the police and told them i was trying to "get into the building" as if i wasnt waiting patiently for someone to come explain. its sad they have to falsify police reports instead of doing their jobs i wanted to stay and make a point but i had a doctors appointment so i ultimately left and returned the next day to the cashiers office to just drop it off there as they were really nice.
