Episode one was the story of Frank and Al taking over Cicero on Election day 1924. Even though that day ended in misery for Capone his take over of the suburb of Cicero is a success after Chicago chases him out. Two years later, and Capone has an iron grip on Cicero. He has diverted a lot of the Southside brothels and speakeasies there. Dean O'bannon head of the Northside Gang decides he is out of the bootlegging business and sells Sibean brewery to Al's boss Johnny Torio for 500,000, but it's a double cross Dean knows the brewery is about to be raided.
