Review: BLI Paragon 3 2-8-0 Consolidation

Today we're reviewing two Milwaukee Road Consolidations from Broadway Limited Import's Paragon 3 line. These are die-cast, HO scale steam locomotives and will run on code 100 or code 83 track.
