❌ ID Refusal • Tyrants Found • Intimidation Fail

So I was sitting in my car at 7:40am Jan 1, 2021 smoking a cigarette and waiting for the household to wake up when the property maintenance guy comes and asks what I’m doing.
I explained I’m a guest of a resident and I was hanging out smoking a cigarette.
Immediately I’m told its private property and I’m not to be ‘hanging out’ and I need to leave. I said I’m a guest and he still persists to tell me to leave or he’s calling the cops.... so I said ‘handle that then’
