DRIVER HAD DASH CAM! EXTORTION, THEFT, HACKING FBI'S COMPUTER, UNDERCOVER STING FIRED BY THE CI

* There has been some descrpancies on which picture is Hernandez's there were 3 people mainly on the scene and the body camera of Hernandez. That was Ofc McDavid Sgt Escalante & Ofc Hernandez himself (THATS IT!). Its just a coincidence when Hernandez's personel file appears so does McDavids Picture and I say something to the affect of oh their Hernandez is. I was referring to the file there are 3 pictures shown all in the same format and they are all correctly id'ed underneath.

The fact that we have a decision by the the Civillan Police Board for firing of a Marcus Hernandez with the same badge #7917. Then we have corroborating evidence from the scence of Aug 4 2016 which has the same officer Marcus Hernandez #7917 still working for CPD? Even in a completely separate document on a completely seperate case were it says Marcus Hernandez #7917 was fired in a 8-0 vote with the 9th Civlian Officer not voting. The DoJ reports also say former CPD officer Marcus Hernandez got a sentence of 2 years probation for accessing the NCIC federal database. Unfortunately the Federal documents never give a badge # to any of the defendants, but the federal documents for his role in operation tow scam are consistent with his trial infront of the Civillan Office of Police Accountability.
