INTENT TO SUE HAS BEEN FILED! So I originally went to the states attorneys office and was treated horribly by the staff for simply asking where the proper place to file my intent to sue notices. Carolyn Grammas told me " im an attorney so im all the help you get" when I asked to speak to a supervisor. she called the sheriffs on me and the contacting deputy attempted to unlawfully trespass me from the public lobby. luckily SGT KISH of the Anne Arundel county sheriffs department is a good dude and de escalated the situation and educated everyone there that I was allowed to be doing what I was. Carolyn Grammas then called the county attorney and told him I was coming and told him to refuse service to me because when I got there they tried not to allow me to file my notices the same way every other citizen does. I was called names by the security guard and refused entry to the lobby of the attorneys office and at one point deputy attorney HAMILTON F. TYLER put his hands on me in an attempt to push my arm away from the door so he could close it and refuse service to me. I did not back down. I stood up for what is right and ultimately was allowed to conduct my business because it is my right to do so. never allow someone to intimidate or to bully you especially when you're being lawful.
