15 Year Old Detained For Knowing His Rights By Mindless And Uneducated Wild Hogs

Kendallville, Indiana PD is featured in this video. According to the father, his son was never asked to leave prior to his unlawful detainment for allegedly trespassing during what appeared to be the eviction of a friend by their landlord. Nor had he been previously trespassed from this property and unlawfully returned.
This officer (along with many others) believe they have a right to circumvent the fourth amendment in an effort to get someone’s identification once they have been asked to leave the first time.
The father indicated in our emails that a lawsuit was imminent, he also filed a formal complaint in regards to this incident…. (We investigated ourselves and found we’ve done nothing amiss) be sure to check out his channel for future updates!
