Certain Public servants believe they have more rights and abilities than the men and women they serve. Again, the majority of servants are respectful, open and honest and are just doing what they believe is correct. While they are wrong by definition, it is a select few in my experience who totally disregard all common sense and compassion or dialogue and go straight to force.......the concerning thing is the rest of them sit around and seem to allow it, which makes them partly responsible for throwing away all the rights they and their family were to inherit. The sad part is alot of them arent even aware or dont care because theyre beaten down and broken spiritually and morally while needing the check to survive.....This needs to change. We are all responsible for how things have gotten in this country and how they will change...... <br>I forgive these men for they know not what they do, my only aim is that we can all find remedy together and put our egos aside to uphold the law of the land and eternal truth.....Please forgive me if i have done wrong, what i am doing, i believe, is right in my heart and needs to be done now during this time in history. One where Mr. Pearson was covering up from, he was confused, scared and completly operating off instinct.The officers took this as noncompliance and resisting arrest. Instead of what it really was, a man&#039;s instinct to survive. Even after the dust settled, and it was obvious that Mr. Pearson&#039;s impairment was the problem. The District Attorney who was retired law enforcement still choose to charge Pearl Pearson with resisting arrest. The case was ultimately thrown out, and Mr. Pearson was awarded over 200k from several Oklahoma Government agencies and business&#039;s. Magdiel Sanchez was at home when the Police came looking for a man involved in a hit and run. Mr. Sanchez also deaf and mute who neighbors say &quot;sometimes communicates with a stick&quot; was shot in his front yard. There where 2 officers on the scene one deployed a taser one a gun, both at the sametime. Per department policy the non lethal weapon is to be used and the lethal weapon only as backup. It came just 2 hours after a 20 year old man was shot just blocks away. Both men are listed as critical. At about 2:30 on Friday Jan 24th 2020. I was driving down Pulaski. I work and go to school through this route. Traffic was intensely backed up. So I tried to cut down Chicago Ave. On a Friday at 2:30 hundreds of people fill the streets normally. I turned...NOTHING, but fog tape and Police. The fog made it eerie. As I approached I assumed it was a fire with the fog. When I reached the tape I asked an officer was it a shooting? He replied yes. Then I noticed a crumpled up jacket with red mixed in with the wet sidewalk, reflecting back. It was 10 feet away. Orr High School is a half a block away those streets should of been filled with kids but I&#039;m sure the school was on lockdown. Remind you I&#039;m the only one recording. A car screeches to a hault behind before I could see it, I heard it the soul shaking scream of a mother arriving on the scene of her child&#039;s shooting.
