Food costs are as high as they've ever been in my life right now. Meal prep can help fight this. Cooking your meals at home instead of eating out is probably the number one way people can save on personal food cost. You can take it a step further and meal prep cheap foods to save even more money. This day I meal prepped 16 meals for $30.63 which I thought was outstanding. Here are the recipes I used:
